    Afternic Question?

    Hi,
It has been many years since I used afternic to sell a domain.

The the way you list domains has changed it seems.

Any suggestions on the best way to list a domain for sale on Afternic, especially when configuring these settings bellow? It all confuses me!

    1. Minimum Offer

    2. Reserve Price

    3. Floor Price

    4. Asking Price
Best American inflatable manufacturer in the USA. Domainers.. if you need extra money working a weekend job contact me for info on becoming a inflatable rental operator. Dominate your local inflatable rental and party renal market with your online business skills. It is a fact, if I can you can too. Average small rental operators $3g's-8g's a month.. medium operators $20g's-50g's a month .. and the big boys make over a 100g's a month. Neither group has your online business savvy.

I usually just set the minimum offer amount (so I do not receive numerous lowball offers)...I do not set the others unless I am asked for a price inquiry.

I also suggest the expanded promo as you will get more offers.

So there is no advantage to setting Floor Price, This really confuses me, is Floor Price the BIN or is Asking Price the BIN?

If I want a BIN, should I configure both? and should they be the same number?

Do we have anyone from Afternic who could shed some light on this subject?

The Asking Price is the BIN.

I think the "Floor" is what you are telling Afternic's sales team what you "would" sell it for. This needs to be lower then the asking price, but higher then the reserve or min offer.

Be sure to set a category as well.

    Right.
Use the Expanded Promo not the normal listing.

Can we get an Afternic rep to confirm this?

the floor price is used for the expanded promo. You set a floor price and a higher asking price. This is the range the afternic team will use to negotiate on your behalf. If your floor price is $2000 and your asking price is $4000, then afternic can negotiate with the buyer and sell the domain within that range.
