I have used it, but No offers as of yet. I have had domains listed there about 2 months. Yes, the listing part Sucks. lol
If you are new to domains and looking to buy, sell and learn about domains then you have come to the right place. DNForum is the largest domain name community on the internet and continues to grow every day. There are over 105,000 domainers on DNForum doing everything from buying domains, selling domains, learning about domains and discussing domains. Take a minute and Register.
Register Today on DNForum IT'S FREE!I've been trying to put my 12,700 domains on it for a week -- many many bugs in their system, but I got them on the phone today so they're documented.
One of my BIG concerns is they are NOT promoting the domains on places like Register.com and eNom.com... and we're paying big bucks for that.
Is anyone else using this and care to comment on results -- publicly or privately?

Have you had any problems getting your domains listed on all of the other sites? They're supposed to be listed on eNom.com, Register.com, DOmainDiscover, etc. I did a spot check and NONE of mine are listed in those places, and they are looking into why about 20% are not showing up on Buydomains.
Any other advice you can give on getting set up there? The FAQs are very incomplete, I've been doing things by trial and error all week.
Thanks!
Mine seem to be at those sites, but I didn't check until now. I would think it would take a little while for them to show up.

my pet peeve is when they put a domain under "review" and it stays in that status for eternity..
An example is I got a inquiry from buydomains to list a floor and asking price for a domain at afternic being they got a lead at buydomains..which I did.. (the domain was listed at buydomains at the time) the domain went under review and was delisted from buydomains..I assume because it was and still is "under review" at afternic ..it went back to basic and delisted by buydomains.
Another one was same scenerio but when I listed the price they sent me a "review" to list it $10,000 and removed it from buydomains. Who knows the buyer might of been willing to pay my asking price but buydomains decided it was too much???
The program sucks and 20%
and I've gone back to basic
just my two cents

I spoke to the guys currently in charge last Thursday, and went over the long list of problems. Some they were aware of, some not. They're now working on them so we hopefully will see some changes in a few days.
They also said the program has been temporarily pulled off eNom.com.
well if I owned THOUSANDS and THOUSANDS of domains and someone made a inquiry of a domain I only had listed from someone else I'd probably try upselling them to one that I owned.....it seems the ones I did get inquiries about got dropped from buydomains while being under review by afternic...just my 2 cents

I believe afternic is the worst place I've come accross to list your names for sale. They have continuous problems from being too slow to not working at all. And forget about trying to change anything after its put there....its almost impossible. At least thats been my experience so far.
Politicians and diapers need changing often...both for the same reason.
