Slowest customer service ever?

Hi,

I recently won two domains in an auction at Snapnames. I have yet received Receipt mail from Buydomains but no information on trasferring.

Two emails sent to them today without answer.

Meanwhile, domains are parked at SEDO and ready to be sold (although I don't think noone will buy them).

Is this the normal behaviour with Buydomains? I've never dealt with them before.

Thanks

Re: Slowest customer service ever?

When I bought from BD I had my domains within hours.

Re: Slowest customer service ever?

They've been real quick for me. Have you tried calling them?

Re: Slowest customer service ever?

From my experience 2 days for BD is not unusual. I don't know if they work at the week-end.

Re: Slowest customer service ever?

Thanks mates. Impossible to communicate with them... They don't answer phone (always communicate) or mail...

Crazy thing is his international contact phone in Contact US page is incorrect...

If any of you have a direct email or something, please, send it to me. At sales@buydomains.com they seem to be in vacation

Send a message via ICQ to msl

Red face Re: Slowest customer service ever?

this calls for a "slowest support in the industry award thread!" we shall start one off and see who / what wins it!

as for DNF support, or any other "richer than they used to be company" just try the HOT TUB direct line on their PRIVATE YACHT.... they answer every time, 24/7

Re: Slowest customer service ever?

LOL msl

Finally, I could reach a nice girl (even speaking some Spanish). Now my question is in process.

They still have to fix all this phone numbers mess, IMO.

Try this perhaps:
David Helgeson
dhelgeson {AT} buydomains {DOT} com
781-839-2863
He was my rep last time I dealt with them. Good luck

Thanks Kate,

I'll use that data in case my question loses in deep space...
