If you put little effort into your site then you stand a chance to be booted, if you utilize the tools provide to give your site a little bit more unique I think you have nothing to worry about in my oppinion

If the content is scraped and / or duplicate, then the risk of removal from Google is high. I'd be more concerned with Parked.com blocking DomainTools from accessing the parked domains.

looks like they are actually listed there. But all these have very few backlinks, so they probably don't get much/any google traffic.Would be interesting to see stats though, if anyone has some.
