You know, how you can add a link to your website (or domain) into the Partner Directory at the bottom of the PPC page. From what their TOS says the more links you have, to an extent, the better chances you are to show up in the search engine results. They even say you can link your own domains together.

Yes you can. Just use the interface to add links like a visitor would. Be careful not to link all your domains together because search engines look for "Link Farms".
