most likely the don't think that your domains bring quality traffic, so it wouldn't help if you buy an account, as sooner or later they might terminate it.

The Registrar for Domainers -Annual fees in Euros: .BE 4.00, .DE 3.50, .ES 6.80, .NL 6.70, .CO.UK 3.50, .COM 6.60
If you were rejected by that many places, there must be a good reason they don't want your traffic. It is against parking company TOS to sell accounts.
