PPC is Back!

Afer a huge decline in PPC income following changes at Google in late March 2008, my PPC income is getting back to where it used to be.
The names that dropped off Google searches seem to have returned
Not sure why

Parked has been doing very well for my domains over the past 2-3 months. Fabulous has been performing quite well for me too.

I've noticed that a lot my domains at Parked are now showing up in the Yahoo searches.

I miss the Ask feed. Yahoo and Google give no love to legit international traffic.

DS is getting worse...by the day.. and Sedo Pro has major skimming operation in place, traffic is the same on all of my domains yet CPC which was $1.25 is now $0.45 and I'm not talking one day or week... but months of constant CPC>..

My SEDO is always about 1/2 of what it usually is for the first 10 days of the month versus the last 20 days. Then it seems to pick up. There's usually a huge drop after the 30th/31st for about 10 days.

One (just one) of my Parked domains was only making about 1/5 of what it made at SEDO so I moved it back to SEDO to test it a second time and it is definitely paying more. But for other Parked domains, they seem about the same as SEDO.

If you have to explain what your domain name means, give up, it's a crappy name!

Noticed the same thing myself the last couple of months.

DS is doing the same.. the final week to the month is phenomenal. But that doesn't make sense at all.... Why would advertisers run more campaigns on increase cpc exactly 1 to 2 weeks before end of month?

Probably because the search engines (Google, Yahoo, Ask, MSN, etc) want to use up their clients advertising budgets before the end of the month.

We've experienced exactly the same thing as you, "I Sold Grandma".
Our domains are parked with Fabulous.com and they're doing fine now.
Yes, in early March it looked bleak.

Me too,but it more then 1/4.
it almost only 1/10 last.
Those two weeks, my whole Portfolio`s CTR huge drop.
but the traffic did not reduce.
I have take look my domain and some other`s domain has park in same company.
It looks like AD`s not so much in landing page.
So it may effect the revenue.

sometimes there are fluctuations because of competitors lowering their keyword bids or not turning on/off their campaigns...ppc is never constant it's always changing!
