let's say i own a domain keyword1-keyword2-keyword-3.com - DS will assign to it a landing page displaying different categories, more or less related to these keywords.
i am interested in a service where i can park a domain f.e hot-gay-studs.com and then i can display ads for "gay dating"

yes DS optimize it for you.
sedo or trafficz would be the best options for that.. however both are not to great on the adult industry.. for that you would be better off at fabulous.. you have some creative control.. and if you can show that your keywords are more appropriate then more often than not.. fabulous will make the corrections.
