Q: Is Klickerz REALLY a Co-op?

Some people have questioned whether Klickerz is actually a cooperative. Well actually Klickerz is a majority-owned project of Direct Navigation Alliance (fka ( Direct Navigation Associates). DNA is indeed a cooperative corporation organized under the laws of the State of Oregeon:

As far as the majority-owned part a private investment group under my control owns 35% of the Klickerz project. The rest is owned by DNA. If anyone is interested in becoming a member of DNA and thereby becoming anindirect owner of Klickerz please drop me a PM.

How many "Actual" members own this coop ?
(I am not asking you how many customers do you have?)

There're about 20 full members at this point.

One clarification: No one needs to join the coop in order to use Klickerz, and vice versa. The 2 are independent of each other.
