Revenue expectation per 100 unique visitors

Not sure where this post belongs, trying to gauge what a realistic revenue expectation might be and I have never seen any posts regarding this...

Anyways, if I generate say 100 unique mortgage visits per month, what minimally should I be generating in revenue on this... I realized this could come from a landing site or adsense, simply trying to gauge per 100 visitors where my revenues should be...any thoughts???

Ranges are okay and you don't have to list a company name if that is against the rules...

    Darn good question.
Fabulous claims $42 to $100 CPM ... with caveats..

    [From Fabulous website]
    > " Typically Fabulous 4.0 generates an average $42 to $100 CPM

    > on the quality of the portfolio) ".

I'm getting somewhat less than $42 CPM on SEDO .. so perhaps
it's change time ...... if only my portfolio was filled with
more 'Loans', 'Gambling', 'Debt-relief' etc. .COMs than it has .....

For "mortgage loans" if the traffic is GENERIC.. (ie: mortgageloan.com) I would venture an educated guess at $1 per click in earnings.

I would say if you can get $5 to $10 per 100 mortgage uniques would be a reasonable expectation.

Thanks for posting, I think this should be more than 5 to 10 cents per unique...if that is the case then why not simply build your own site and have affiliate links, if you convert 1 out of 100 visitors you should make at least $20 or more

A website should definately make more than a PPC landing because it opens up your options such as adsense , affiliate programs etc.. The PPC landing might only get you a 10% or so click thru rate at maybe $1 a click = $10 per 100 uniques.

    From my Portfolio

    SEDO: €6 Per 100 average.
    FABULOUS: $19 Per 100 Average.

I disagree.. most users are looking for something specific.. a Landing page is more likely to get a click than a page full of content with Adsense.... however this is only my experience..

Ask yourself what you would do next time you visit a site.
