one thing you could do is buy his domain for min amount and he buys yours for the same min amount to keep fees low... then use Moniker to do both transactions at the same time.
just a thought.
or if you both had a common trusted person you both knew he could hold the domains then push them.
.Buying .ca domains pm with pricing, will reply ..., thx

I'm surprised that this isn't readily available...
Both parties can push the names to my account.
I will wait for 3 days and push them back.
Check with Moniker how much they charge you and my fees would be 50% less.
I will use the fees to take Bari to dinner (strictly business).
John, ever wondered what happens if one of the domains is stolen?
I know you will ask me the question.
That's why I wait 3 days for both parties to check as I am only the "pusher" and not responsible for stolen names.
But the 3 day window does not absolve you from your role in the event of a domain being stolen.
That's why escrow services need certification.
Well, a Google search didn't turn up anything about the other guy's domain being stolen ... and I know mine isn't!
Since he's not a member here, I don't know that he'd be any happier to push the domain to you than to me. But thanks for the offer. I've emailed him to offer an escrow option; I'll see what he says.

I've been asked *many* times to trade domains, it's my prerogative not to do it.
You guys take it seriously!
I was only teasing Bari by trying to steal her service.
I am well aware of the complexity and responsibilities from an Escrow company.
What is the lowest cost escrow service out there?
Surely a bit of an untapped niche (low cost escrow) and it could be mostly automated.
Here's a question I don't know the answer to: How much responsibility do escrow.com sedo moniker etc take on in their escrow contracts / terms of service agreements, e.g. as far as taking any responsibility for escrowing a stolen domain?
Probably zero to none I expect. Whoever pays a lawyer to write a contract wants maximum protection for their own business.
