Dotzup will loan you money on future earnings. There is no minimum payback time or pre-payment penalty. Sounds like the best option for your situation.

Actually according to a recent press release on this "The Dotzup domain financing program was designed for the owners of domain portfolios with existing revenue from parking. With NO appraisal fees, pre-payment penalties or set-up costs, this program will provide domainers with short term advances or long term loans. Within 45 days we can evaluate your traffic and provide a loan commitment. We plan on keeping the loan review and closing process as lean and straight-forward as possible"

Since the name is currently not parked with them there is no revenue to base a loan/advance on and I assume the seller needs funds quickly.

Why not seek a $10K loan from 1 party and payback $15K at time of sale?
Set a reasonable reserve at say $50K
Park the domain at moniker until it sells
Have a lawyer draft the agreement so all parties involved are happy

To answer both namewaiter and 1john2004, my business is having financial difficulties, and we need to raise some short-term cash, but there's no need to sell the entire domain for so low a price. It's going to take a few months to work with several potential buyers, at which point we'll sell at a fair price at auction. Unfortunately, we simply can't wait that long to get out of our current situation, and so thus, my post.
