I have been making websites for years now. Some of them I have closed
or sold off at the way, but the ones I haven't I am selling now.
Please note these are not your typical turnkey websites so take a
deeper look in how indepth these are all developed. The reason for
selling these are because I will be doing my national service starting
from 10th of July. Initially I was just planning on keeping these
during this time, as none of them really require any managing or
updating to keep them running, but on a second thought, I am looking
for quitting, at least temporarily my internet ventures.

NoTemplates.com
This is one of my oldest websites that are still runned by me. This
website has a unique custom web design just recently done for it
aswell as a rewritten backend by me. Nearly all of the pages have a
cache system (you may view the time at which the cache was created in
the bottom of the page). This allows very fast loading times for the
users as they are simply loading plain html pages with a bit of php
checking. The site contains over 1000 templates, which have 99% of
them been added by me. Each template file has indicated what type of
files it contains and all the files hosted on the server display what
files are included in the zip file aswell. I have emailed the creators
of these templates for permission to host these templates on my
website. The member registration requirement (and even the possibility
of registration) was removed over a year ago, but over 20,000
people had registered by that time. The templates have been
downloaded over 800,000 times since the site launch and the
template view function (if you press the template you will arrive at a
an html preview of the website) over 1,400,000 times (Yes, over
a million times!).

The website uses Fastclick, Adsense and TemplateMonster.com affiliate
program via my other website PremadeTemplates.com (see below).

This website is not that old. It is a TemplateMonster.com affiliate
website. It uses the shop provided by TemplateMonster.

May (so far): $14/$3

Please note that I will not be selling my TemplateMonster affiliate
account, but you may register one for free there although the
subaffiliates won't be transfered, but you will eventually get new
ones.

This website was setup by me in 5 minutes and hasn't had any updating
since I launched it, which shows how easy it is to manage but even
more so how easy you can make money out of it. If someone were to put
in a little effort of developing it further surely more profits could
be made. But as it remains, it is a long term money maker. In
addition, the domain is a quite good one and have had offers of over
$100 for it alone.

This is also one of my older websites, or a forum as a matter of fact.
I have stopped developing and managing it over a year ago already, but
there are still some active members posting there time over time. It
uses Adsense and textlinks for profits. With a little promotion and
work, it could easily be turned active again as it has a solid member
and post base. There aren't really a lot of other forums regarding
this exactly same topic as this one is focused on, so there is a lot
of potential for this type of site. The website currently has 3,805
threads, 4,375 posts and 172 members. Please note that this website
does not include the vBulletin license in the sale.

OutFonts.com
This is one of my more recent websites. I programmed a custom backend
system to this website which allowed the admin to upload literally
thousands of font zip files or simply ttf files and have the script
automaticly read the zip files, extract any font files in them, create
the necessary preview images and character maps, rename the font and
place it on the server and rename the zip or create a zip and place
the font file in it (if it wasn't in one before) and place it on the
server. When I launched the site, I sometimes uploaded over a thousand
zip files in a bundle and then just watched the site create all of the
files and place them on the website. Saved me tons of time and made it
so much easier. The website has a bit under 10,000 fonts on it
currently, which is a lot more than most freeware font sites provide.
Like with NoTemplates.com, I have emailed the authors, unless the font
files explicitly mentioned that they were freeware and were allowed to
be distributed. There have been quite a few font submissions by users
since the launch of the website, but due to lack of time and effort, I
haven't added a single one of them yet. Thus, all of the fonts on the
website were added by my on the launch of the website. The profits are
generated by Adsense and Fastclick. The admin panel is quite
complicated however and contains a few bugs, so I will not be
providing support for this. If you wish to use it I suggest you have
same basic PHP knowledge so you can understand what it exactly does
and you can modify it if necessary. The website has a custom web
design.

NoStats.com
This was one of my larger projects. The plan was to make a free
website statistics service which allowed other webmasters to offer
free website statistics on their website with cobranding, in a way
that it would be seem that NoStats.com wasn't part of it in anyway.
This part of the website was never completed, but the basics for it
are on there for a programmer to continue on. However, the site does
offer ready website counters. You can view a sample of the type of
statistics the website provides for the users
here. This website
has a custom web design and the backend was done by me. The website
uses Adsense for profits. I had some major issues with the domain last
month as I had trouble renewing it and as such the website was down
several weeks, which can be noticed from the website statistics.

NoFonts.com
This is another font site by me. However, this one is significantly
older than OutFonts.com. Although it doesn't have as close to as many
fonts as outfonts.com, it is as user friendly as well as all the fonts
are nicely categorized and have keywords for easy searching. The site
has a custom web design and a custom backend by me. As with
outfonts.com, the admin panel is a bit tricky for someone without any
PHP knowledge, but if you do not plan to add any fonts (like I haven't
for several years now), there is no need for it. The website uses
Adsense and Fastclick for profits. The website has over 2,400 free
fonts (all added by me) which have been downloaded over 700,000
times!

GArcade.com - SOLD
This is a very old site of mine. After the launch of it, I have
stopped updating it completely (check news on the site for example),
but the visitors and profits have been regularly coming in. The
website has 116 flash games that the user can play and which have been
played over 260,000 times! The website has a custom design
aswell as a custom backend. But unlike a lot of my other websites,
this one DOES have a decent admin panel which should be easy enough
for anyone to use. The website uses Fastclick and Adsense for profits.

NoTutorials.com
NoTutorials.com is yet another one of my old websites. It is a
directory of webmaster related tutorials and currently has nearly
10,000 tutorials which have been viewed over 128,000 times! All
of the tutorials have been added by myself when I launched the site a
few years ago. I have not done any updating on it since. The website
uses Adsense for profits. The site has a custom design and a custom
backend by me.

Forumize
Forumize is a free forum provider. It receives a couple of sign ups a
day, although some are inactive and deleted soon after. All forums
that are inactive over 30 days will be deleted and as such only the
active ones are left. Statistics on the hosted forums may be viewed
[URL="functional and running. The only missing factor is the promotion for
it as it has non existant traffic.
The website has a custom design and runs on a custom backend by me.

For upgrading you need to upgrade the phpBB script and the sebflipper script (not always necessary).
