Blogs are abbreviated word for web logs in which you get to post on a daily, weekly or monthly basis everything (it's up to you) you have done online with as much or as less private information you want to share. Nowadays it's called weblogs, online journal, online diary, web site logs, activity logs, online logs, etc.

Blogs are effective tools to deliver your website's traffic and are search engine friendly. Like it or not, it's the most updated section of a website. It's the part that contains the most words, expanded detail entry of your online life. It gets spidered on a daily, weekly or monthly basis depending on how often you update it. You can bare it all, write on it whatever you want to write, and the most amusing of these blogs, is you get to mention your web addresses as often as you want. Of course, if you get to mention it just by copy and paste it several times, search engines will think you're a looney and block/ban your site's blogs, what I mean is you get to mention it as often as you want as appropriate as you want. You can highlight the features, benefits of your websites and mention several pages on it. Things you have updated on your sites, things you have created, new/updated products, new/updated services and most of all you get to talk about "you". You are the center of your diary or online blogs, you can either begin with "Dear Diary" or "Dear blogs" or whatever you want to open your blogs entry with. For the most part don't forget to mention your web address on every post you have.
