Yesterday on the Yahoo Q2 earnings call, CEO Carol Bartz spent time talking about local and small business (SMB) advertising. She said that these overlapping segments were increasingly important to Yahoo and she announced a new deal with AT&T (to sell display ads on Yahoo to SMBs).

i would right now is a poor time to sell it off. With the business cycle in every area shrinking, smb's aren't much of a market. I would wait until the volume swells again before placing a market price, otherwise the algebra is imaginary and financing likely to be as well. Jobs aren't growing right now,it's a bad time to market a platform or portal for them.
