    Actually, he's lucky the court didn't demand he pays MySpace back his earnings. He tried to use the parking company as the scapegoat. Technically, he could have had them change the adwords...going up against a Rupurt Murdoch company is a losing battle.

    It sucks...but if he was smarter, he could possibly have made a little bit of money selling the name back to MySpace. Approaching them with proof of earlier registration and the inability to profit off it in good faith would have gotten him some compensation.
