How to properly charge advertising rates?

Hey all hopefully this is the right place to post about this. I would like to know if any of you guys have websites that have a good amount of traffic and how you charge for advertisement?

I use phpAdsNew (well recommended) and it shows I do about 250,000 adviews a day. So basically I want to have a well structured plan for advertising and make sure my prices are good.

Right now this is what I charge:

225,000 impressions
$200.00 total
500,000 impressions
$400.00 total
1,050,000 impressions
$800.00 total
2,500,000 impressions
$1,000.00 total

Do you guys think these are good rates or not? Please let me know look forward hearing from anyone's comments.

Depends on the site and what it markets.
