SEO - The Pitfalls and Perils of Keyword Content.
Informative Post, OH - 6 hours ago
I know, I write for a website which specialises in the field, and many of them are filled with tips and tricks to increase the effectiveness of the SEO ...

Truer words have never been spoken. I am managing a site for someone. He knows nothing about the web world (other than surfing the web at a blazing 56K). He's fasinated by my domaining and web knowledge (as I am fascinated by his knowledge, passion, and devotion in his field).I have found, as I am a writer by trade and not a webmaster, that well written copy fulfils many of the requirements for SEO without too much adjustment.
He's damn good at writing articles and when I get them up on my site (along with his others), Google picks up on them in a snap and quickly indexes the pages well. So well:
Moves between #5-#10 (always first page) in a Google search for "Real Name" (3300 results) and Real Name (no quotes) - 46,000 results.
Usually shows up by the 2nd or 3rd page for a Google search for "his field" (48,000 results) and his field (no quotes) - 114,000 results.
He's trying to give me credit for the success, he doesn't believe me that "someone who knows very little about the internet can be this good at web programming".
