It really does show how life can be so ironic. Whether you are for or against him in the election, here is a man that has gotten this far and the woman that raised him passes the day before we all find out the results.

Very sad.... Very unfortunate for her and Obama himself that she didn't live one day longer to see the outcome of this election.

Just doesn't seem fair..... Someone very close to me passed away when my daughter was less than a week old, He never got to see her and it hurts to this very day.

Grandmothers are mothers squared. Their effect on the lives of kids is tremendous. I know they've been extremely influential to mine. I can't imagine the sorrow he's feeling right now.
