The constitution is not made in stone, in fact it lets our leaders make changes, when they need to be made and still stay with in the constitutions limits.

If they get a medical bill pasted it's because they stay with in our constitution, the people of our county voted their minds. Some people may not like it, but that don't let them change the peoples votes.

The right wingers and left wingers need to stop this cra$, we are a country of middle ground, that is how the constitution was set up to deal with things. Not giving to much power to one part of the gov't, and also letting another part stop madness on the other part.

Well obama is in the middle and the right and left, keep pulling him both ways, why not work with the other side for the people. Meet some place in the middle, no one wants everyone to get everything done by the gov't. Nor does anyone want the gov't not to help the poor and needy, it's been our way since they wrote the constitution.

I have not made anything personal here, I don't think of members of this forum, as right wingers or left wingers at all as it's just personal views.

I have point at the republican and dem party though, and if you see your self as a party, then some thing is wrong with your thinking. As there lots more to life then going to the polls once and a while, and almost no one agrees with any party all the way.

So please don't make it personal with me, as I could vote anyway depending on the going views at the time, and the republican party view of things is messed up. And it's not in keeping with middle USA, and that where people normally vote. And I have said already, the left wingers are just as messed up right now.

Cool Fab, I don't drink though I stop drinking, just before my kid was born.

I'm not upset at all, I under stand it's a fast & hard debate at times and enjoy it my self. And I'm ok with anyone that disagrees with me, and have had a few people on the forum change my mind on stuff.

Like I really did not like obama and was not going to vote for him, but given the facts as pointed out by his supporters on this forum, and clinton out of the race and MCcains age and pick for vp.

There was no other good choice, I was a republican but to vote for clinton, I had to change to a dem but I'm much more in the middle. I don't like obama handling of gobal warming, taxing energy is not how to go green.

And this talk about taxing foods that are bad for you, turns me steady towards the middle and anti-gov't all around ( 3rd party ), if obama don't control the far left. Then he will not get my vote next time, and I'm sure others are feeling the same.

But the do nothing but fight republicans, will not get my vote and I'm sure other feel the same, it may well be a very big win for the 3rd party this time around. The bottom line is this, both party's need to get the far side under control.
