There are many cases where murderers are convicted on circumstantial evidence alone, this should of been no exception.... And I'm not willing to let these jurors off the hook as easy as some people are, Without a doubt these jurors were idiots, plain and simple... Most of them were either retired or unemployed, uneducated, and never been in the media spotlight, I'll bet they didn't understand a damn thing they were told when the judge gave them Jury instructions.

Double Jeopardy is written into the 5th Amendment of our constitution, it would take a act of congress to change it... I know your joking about the President, FORTUNATELY the executive branch of Government doesn't have that authority, if it did, Obama would of burned the Constitution a long time ago. The only way this murdering b*tch is going to serve time for what she did is by committing another crime like OJ did.

I was listening on the news that many of the Jurors want mid 5 Figures per interview, Sorry, but I cant help but wonder how much the potential payoff played a role in each jurors decision. If she was found guilty, there would be little outrage and less interest interviewing the jurors, also less money.. I'm not suggesting it was the deciding factor, all I'm saying is that could of influenced their decision. Just another reason why trials should be BANNED from the courtroom.

Trials shouldn't be banned. Video cameras in the court room should be banned.

I figured it would be pretty obvious that bringing in cameras into a case like this one and turning it into a media profiting machine would lead to nothing but a cluster **** of greed and smoke screens. Once this happens, the Media has complete control of the out come of a verdict, because if you honestly think the Jurors aren't going home and watching this shit on TV, you are crazy. I am sure they looked into the figures of how much they would make off of interviews as well. This day in age, the way the economy is, they are going to do what ever they can to make an extra buck.
