Justice Halliburton style:

THE Federal Government's effort at prosecuting former United States Vice President Richard Bruce 'Dick' Cheney and other officials of Halliburton paid off, following payment of huge sums of money to the coffers of Nigeria, as Nigeria has reportedly agreed to drop charges against Cheney and Halliburton.

The development followed agreement reached between Nigerian officials in the negotiating team and top officials of the United States and Halliburton in a meeting held in London, weekend.

At the meeting, Halliburton agreed to pay about N20 billion as criminal penalty, while promising to liaise with the United States Government to recover the outstanding $I32 million which is currently frozen in Switzerland.

The story just broke in the last week about Cheney's indictment. I figured that the powers that be would make this problem disappear. But I must admit that I am astonished at how quickly they got this problem to go away.....

unfortunately we can kid ourselves that scum like cheney and bush will end up in a filthy cell somewhere getting special attention from 25 stone bubba, on mass child murder charges,illegal wars, insider deals, corruption, fraud, the list goes on
however they wont
they will die very rich, in warm beds with the finest silk covers surrounded by the best medical care on earth

there will be no justice after their deaths either. as there is nothing. religion has done a very good job of controlling the poor in this way to think justice may come later
