    China owns us all.

    http://tech.yahoo.com/news/ap/200903...er_spy_network

I have always thought that it is likely that China are putting bugs in
much of the electronic stuff they manufacture. It was also shown recently
that Chip & Pin machines manufactured China located in some UK supermarkets, and likely elsewhere as well, had an extra chip in
them that send info automatically to a phone number in Pakistan.
I would never ever trust the Chinese and that seems borne out
by this report. Why are our Govts so thick that they allow them
to supply us. What root kits , extra chips and more are they putting
in the motherboards, ram and hard drives they produce and export to
    us all ?.

Spies R Us.(government fears that toy Furby may be used as spying device)(Brief Article)

Move over ballistic missiles, rogue states, loose nukes, and bioterrorists--Fortress America has a new national security threat. It's small and fluffy, comes in assorted colors, and might at this very moment be holding a conversation with your child--not in English, mind you, but in "Furbish."

According to the Washington Post (January 21), Furbies, those interactive stuffed animals that were all the rage last Christmas, have been declared creatura non grata by the National Security Agency (NSA) because of their alleged conversational ability, which might facilitate espionage.

I would worry more about Obama's plans for America than the Chinese. His social engineering of are society will have disastrous results.

I've been wondering about this for years - this is even done domestically. Hewlett Packard was accused of printing messages on all printed documents (using a very light shade of yellow that included information such as the printer it was printed on, the computer it was printed from, usernames, IP addresses, domain names (if on a intranet), locations, registration information, etc..

I would be willing to bet that programs like Google / Yahoo search bars on your browser, Microsoft, Intel, and other big companies (and many small ones) do this on a regular basis, too.

It's not big brother we need to worry about anymore.

Edit: Moved to political. Even I had to try my hardest not to go there.

LOL! I doubt if the OP actually knows why this piece of shi ... I mean "news" is not taken seriously.
Profoundly influenced by #Bauhaus, @Nameslave unrepentantly embraces #Minimalism in his #multimedia portfolio. His early works include an experimental adaptation of Chekhov’s Cherry Orchard inspired at least partly by Robert Fripp. His totally irrelevant M.Ed. dissertation examines Organizational Culture and Change Management.
