Wow, that's pretty good. Didn't know that pharmacists made that much money. I believe one only needs a BA and license.

Yup. Tell your kids / grandkids.

Edit: I repeat though, there's no telling what a national health care plan will do to the business, be it good or bad.

Service and quality are disappearing and being replaced with low prices and quantity.

True. But service & customer support will improve as people start to get hungry. And it will cycle the other way for awhile.. And so on.

There is a huge shortage here in NC as well.
One hospital I was at was offering a $15,000 referral bonus.

If I referred a pharmacist and they were hired, I get $15,000.00

They HR department did not reveal the sign on bonus for the phramacist.
But I would estimate it was $40K plus.

Most pharmacists want to get out of the hospital setting.
