CNN and MSNBC fall behind The Cartoon Network in Ratings.

This is funny it seems that the Cartoon Network beats out CNN and MSNBC even in what they call prime time. lol

Fox News on the other hand is #2 in prime time ratings behind just USA.

I doubt Obama sits around watching tv very much. I didn't single out fox news, bd77 did by saying they were #2. I was just pointing out that fox news is no different than any other news channel, expect that they encourage their viewers to push their views.

Fox News gives an opportunity for both sides to give opposing view points. That is why they are the #1 cable news channel. CNN, MSNBC and the others only give left leaning view points for the most part which is why their ratings stink.

What on earth are you talking about! My first and last memory about watching Fox news is when on the same day a Katyusha hit an Israeli village and the IDF massacred a dozen of Palestinians. You know what your "balanced" piece of crap channel was showing all the time? The slightly hit house in the Israeli village, and how the people were scared and how awful are the terrorists. If you believe this is how a news channel should be operating, then you are against free & balanced information.

Here's my first hand experience with Fox "News": When in New England during the elections there they had ballot initiative about gay marriage. Fox News and others were in the downtown core to film a rally in support of gays being married. My wife and I got interviewed by Fox and a local subsidiary of ABC or NBC - one of the C ones anyways, and they both asked us the same question after finding out we were Canadian - and we responded in nearly the exact same manner answering that allowing gays to marry hasn't brought down our economy nor society - heck nobody even noticed the difference.

That night at the hotel we watched eagerly to see if we would be on air - the local C station had us right up front but Fox instead selected from the 'pro' camp a dirty looking ill-spoken hippie type - the very worst they could find. For the con-side they had not one nor two or even just three interviews but four interviews with clean cut intelligent locals. That's Fox "News" for you. That's how they frame their message for those that refuse to think and gleefully watch the American version national propaganda.

Some Americans don't know how bad their media really is.

Did it ever occur to you that your local network is the one that was biased? I mean did they really give the "con-side" fair coverage? I doubt it. I never ever said that Fox News is completely without bias no network ever is. I think you and some others get Fox's opinion shows mixed up with the news side like Shepherd Smith etc...
