Please excuse this ,I know it is nor domain related but you have
got to read this to see how very stupid our Country is.
We are paying $25,000 dollars per month to house an Afghan family
of refugees ,and they are still complaining. It makes me sick;

You can't really blame the people for trying to do the best for themselves, trying to find and make a better life. Instead I would blame the government system. Obviously not fair if the neighbors work all their lives to pay the mortgage, then next door get their mortgage paid for nothing.

Yes agreed, if someone says here is £12,458 sterling a month go find
a house to rent then they would be stupid not to take it.
It is galling though that some british born families (and I am
not racist or even referring to any colour) find it hard to get
the council to pay their rent and yet here they give a good example
of utter stupidity.

The US had the same problem with a family of refugees from the former area of Yugoslavia.

Since they had a baby born here, the US government set them up with a very nice house in TX, two SUVs, tens of thousands of dollars to "get started", a $100K a year job for the father, a college tuition for their children (when they gre old enough). They complained and left the US. Why?

The government didn't give him enought cigaretts.

Amazing what governments will do for outsiders trying to come that they would laugh at if the general populace asked for even .01% of it.
