We need a congress lemon law. To many dont do want they claim when running for office.

This is nothing new and has been the standard, unfortunately.
No, no one reads bills before the vote.
The look to the party to see if it is a yea or nay vote.
It's that simple.
No conscious, no effort, no real representation.
