Gender would not be matter as you never know if the TSA agent is gay or lesbian!

What TSA should do is hire more good looking agents and let them line up so you can pick who will pat you down. (for an additional $10 fees - The same way as if you would select the hard dresser)

Think they'd give me a problem if I asked for a duo?

Maybe that's how we solve the unemployment crisis. More thorough of an inspection, and a good reason to travel more if they were any good.

It's bad enough when you're a US citizen. When you are foreigner it's worse: you get fingerprinted and tagged like cattle.
Soon the TSA will be feared more than the IRS

I don't like the system either, I don't want some strange dude putting his hands anywhere near my 12 year old son's crotch, or a woman TSA doing the same to my daughter... I don't mind going through a pat down myself, but my kids is another story, I'd likely opt for the scanner in that case, we travel about 3 times a year, that's 4 to 6 scans total in one year, I'll bet we get more radiation than that from a dental x-ray.

When your on a plane for 18 hours, going through customs and being fingerprinted is nothing....

I think what TSA is banking on is travelers growing accustomed to it, Once they accept it as the norm, the complaining will disipate.... It's like anything.
