Is there anyone in the base? i only saw a helicopter... but it looks abandoned... Where are the air strikes?

Ah, and a humvee... I know most of the language was pretty common, anyone that can translate other things that were said?

That is some pretty scary shit even though I don't think that was a fully occupied base... I am just not sure why a air strike wasn't called in to the parameter...

Still trying to dig up info on when and where it was exactly. I didn't see any return fire either, maybe it was abandoned [hopefully]. That bomb blast was insane.

I see no retaliation whatsoever. And the truck just rolls right in? Sure looks abandoned.

No very shocking when the US base is in their country.

If you want to post something shocking post a video of the innocent civilians being slaughtered by US troops.

Propaganda - pro Taliban. The base definitely looks abandoned.

First I'll post videos of all the innocent civilians that Al-Qaida (backed and protected by the Taliban) killed.

Machine gun attacks in Washington DC (Late 1980s to early 1990s) - I think it was at the CIA HQ? (The people who did that fled the US and later helped Bin Laden officialt form Al-Qaeda)
WTC in 1993
American Embassies in Africa
WTC and commercial flights on 9-11
Indonesian Resort (late 2001 or 2002?)

Plus all of the ruined lives form the opium that they sell to the world's drug cartels.

Plus all the people who tried to speak their mind, and the human rights violations they did while they were "in charge" of the country.

How can you be sure of this: The taliban and al qaeda participated in these attacks.

Even if these groups are directly responsible for these attacks, is this a good enough reason to kill tens of thousands of innocent Afghan civilians not to mention Iraqi's in the Iraq war? Also you must take into account the help they got from within the United States.

Also please don't bring the drug trade into this discussion. lol

I would like to see the troops come home, however I had / have no agenda in posting the video. Digest it as you will.

I did find this recent video about Afghan civilians [BBC]

Afghans Talk About Their Daily Struggles

Unfortunately I think Obama is about to escalate the conflict with 40,000 more soldiers. With severe poverty and joblessness in the cities, it will only mean more recruits for the anti-coalition forces.

The only thing I think that should be going on in Afghanistan and Iraq at this point is funding to go to schools, food and proper, non-biased elections for the people to choose. We already messed up in Afghanistan once, now we need to complete the job and get out of there with respect from the civilians and innocent woman and children.
