Apparently, Obama signs are disappearing rather quickly.
Some joker stuck an Obama sign on my property.
It took about 4 seconds after I drove my tractor over it for the bushhog to shred it into hundreds of pieces.

Also in Michigan there was/is a pizza place giving away free slices for people who bring in their mccain/palin signs.
No need to retire. His Arizona seat on the Senate is not up for election this year.

Our property sits on 6.5 acres of land at a very busy intersection fronting two popular routes.
If someone does not ask, the sign comes down and I scratch that candidate off my list.

You may be right. As an antique collector, those signs are great future investments should Obama win. Political collectibles can could go into the thousands of dollars for your grandkids. So collect all you can because after Nov.4th it's value goes up.

I only paid $3 bucks each for my Obama signs from the dems store....much cheaper than I thought.....a real bargain!
I'm an Obama supporter but I saw someone had knocked down a McCain/Palin sign so I went and stood it back up. It's just politics and after everything is said and done we are all Americans that need to work together to solve the huge problems facing our country.....
Well said. Plus, in my county, it is a fine (misdemeanor) to maliciously remove campaign signs. Additionally, the candidates (or its members) have until a certain date to remove all signs. Those turned in after a certain date are penalized a few (perhaps a nickel). Otherwise, it is considered littering.
I am allowed to remove campaign signs on my property that I did not authorize or grant permission. Presently (and it will remain so) there are no signs at all. This can be a nightmare as my property fronts two heavily traveled routes and every one knows it.
