Yes, it is metallic. It shows on an x-ray. I really don't want it removed. I believe my star family put it there to watch over me. I would not be the first one they took out alien material from ones body though. They have removed alien material from humans many times and proven it to be extraterrestrial origin and the material was not of this planet.
