Granted - I think she is in the right to sue, no questions there but how she is going about it is what bothers me.

First - you know she's just crying for attention when she goes on the Today show to announce that she is suing.

Second - her attorney. This is the head attorney at the "clinic" who is representing someone my wife hit. Their attorney told her to tell the insurance company and adjuster that my wife pushed her over the curb. This means that she's claiming that my wife hit her car on the side, pushed it over the median and over 100 feet down the road, and then drove it back to the point of impact (police reports show where the cars were when they arrived).

Notice how the attorney stops her when she was asked what her blood alcohol content was. Nice way to avoid the question and to turn it around.

Like I said, yes she does have the right to sue but she's been all in the news the past few weeks and now goes on national TV to announce that she is suing. IMO she just wants more and more attention because that means more money for her and the attorney. (BTW - the attorney's commercials claim that they're very successful defending people accused of DUI).
