I think it would be more questionable if things were the other way around, because that would suggest corruption (buying votes).

Considering that nearly every motion put up by the U.S.A. is either about sanctions & embargoes, going to war, or attempting to initiate market agreements that would probably decimate the economic infrastructure of those countries, I can't imagine why they would vote against the U.S.

the two biggest assclowns there

they voted not to impose the much needed sanctions against mugabe and his cronies, so hurting zimbabweans themselves today. it makes you mad.
for their own pigheadedness or personal gain. more likely just because they can.
