Another interesting point. I think bull fighting is fu-cked up, it's caveman style barbarism. But... I drink factory farm milk, and occasionally eat beef and pork. Talk about faulty contradictory social programming eh? A lot of factory farm animals endure a hell of a lot more suffering than a couple of hours of being stabbed to death. Hit YouTube if you don't believe that, or take a trip to a factory farm in your local area...

Anyone here tried veganism, or vegetarianism? I've tried it a couple of times, but wasn't able to stick with it. I don't like the vegan hippie-ish nonsense, but the "animal suffering free" life style certainly has some appeal for me personally, especially considering that I've been a lifelong pet owner.

Go Kosher - one of the rules is that the animal has to be slaughtered without fear (so it would have to be quick and unexpected).

I'm happy for the bull. This is one of the worst animal cruelties in the world and I'm shocked why it's still legal in some countries. Also, the people who pay to see this shit are some really sick individuals.

I agree. Just because it is "tradition" does not mean it is outdated and can change. Look how some societies used to feed Christians to Lions? I'm sure that was fun to watch from a spectator standpoint.
