Not at all... See, that money is his wife's money. Where she got it from, well, who knows, but surely it was legitimate.
The point is that it'll be just like Pixie Skase (Christopher Skase's wife) who basically took on all the assets just before Quintex fell apart in the early 90s. Then they'll all hope in the private jet and fly to Majorca, where they can't be touched.
