If you refuse a breath test during a traffic stop, a judge is on site, and issues a warrant that allows police to perform a mandatory blood test.
That would be enough to make me not live in an area that allows it or to move out if they instate it.
Who cares about a breath test, just obey and do it. This is for your own safety, and more importantly safety for the people around you while you are driving it.
