Doc Com, I have come to the point that I should not believe you with out proof.

I have spent my life doing research, conducting and being part or studies, and looking at things that are multi-faceted...cause, effect, affect, response, efficacy, morbidity, mortality...and publishing findings. I am currently part of ongoing research projects and studies. I am also back in "school" taking coursework in Health Informatics/Health Information Management.


I am not sure what "proof" you are talking about. Frankly, it would not matter if you are not accepting of the proof when your mind is already made up against anything contrary to your "belief".

So I am not sure what "proof" you accept or do not accept as being credible and, like I said, it would not change your mind.

What proof do you want? What issue is bothering you so damn much that you want proof? What hypothetical situation do you need guidance in?

Are you really in need of that much attention from me?

Please post a list of your questions, concerns, sources of proof that you accept, and references needed.

I have a very dry humor and wit. This is not the first time I have been "accused" of this.

It is a teaching technique I sometimes use in clinical settings to let the student just keep digging themselves into a deeper, and deeper, and deeper hole until I finally stop them. Typically, one wrong word can lead to another and another.

As for the proof that they are wrong, I steer them in the right direction TO FIND OUT ON THEIR OWN (ie, prove TO THEMSELVES that they made an error) and give them the opportunity to come back and clear up (clarify) the matter. In this method, they get the proof that they were wrong but most importantly they find the proof (truth) on their own. It is and has been a very effective method in teaching and in learning. I had a prof who did this with me when I was a student and found it a very effective method in learning (and embarrassment).

As for this thread, what proof would Berg accept? None! its that simple. Having the birth certificate in his hand would not be proof. Having a doctor who delievered Obama testify would not be proof. Point is, no proof is proof enough when someone has made up their mind.

If people want to focus on this issue rather than focus on what is going on and how it affects them, well...that is their choice.

Whether the president was born in Hawaii is really not a political question, nor is it a legal question. It is a simple question of fact, and a tremendously mundane one.

Doc, you are right, the only person that can change someone's mind is the person in possession of that mind.

As far as Berg is concerned, I do not believe he has any actual convictions in this matter at all. I have met him and seen him in action, and I am aware of quite a bit of his history...

Finding that a Pennsylvania lawyer had committed a "laundry list of unethical actions," a federal judge has imposed more than $10,000 in sanctions and ordered the lawyer to complete six hours of ethics training.

In the underlying case, Berg seriously screwed his clients. Did he pay the sanctions? Heck no, he kept that tied up on appeal for another three years.

If you look at the court docket for Montgomery County, PA, you'll find his record of non-payment of taxes multiple times, and the mortgage foreclosure that he's been artfully stretching out.

In his pending suit in the federal bankruptcy court, he swears, among other things, that he has "no staff".

In the Liberi v. Taitz suit, he swears that Taitz has defamed him "and his staff".

He filed papers in both of those proceedings within days of each other.

Among other "evidence" he relied upon in the Berg v. Obama suit was this "Canadian Birth Certificate" for Barack Obama. His sworn allegation is:

"There is a Canadian Birth Certificate posted on the Internet in the name of Barack Hussein Obama, Jr.; however, the date of birth shows to be August 23, 1961."

He was referring to this:



It is supposedly an Ontario birth certificate, showing him to be born in Vancouver, British Columbia, and it is signed by "Dudley Doright" and "John F. Kennedy".

Berg is nothing other than a pathetic con artist with a PayPal button on a website and a life and career in the toilet.

Exactly, that's what most people don't get, They were sold on Obama's message of change all throughout the campaign, thinking it would be a change for the better, and many still have hope that "good" change is coming, but what they don't realize is, IT'S ALREADY HERE!
