I think he's doing another bamboozle as far as health care. Have yet to put my finger on it but something is amiss. The above quote is a great example of what I mean by that.

this idea that we're all defeated and should thus give up is an unfortunate meme people cling to, but one which can be toppled much faster than it was built. things can change in the blink of an eye. nothing is permanent
