Obama gaffe video

I don't know if any of you have seen this yet but this video of Barack Obama is pretty amazing. If you think George W. Bush has trouble speaking wait to you hear this.

I can't believe it. Not one comment from one of you liberals on this. If are president had made this kind of gaffe you wouldn't have shut up about it. I just can't believe that the democrats have nominated this person to be there candidate.

Oh, I forgot! It's Mr George W Bush to you ... Hardly matters though since his time is up ...
I do like your 'carpet' comment however ... people hate that carpet .. damn static will screw up your earpiece every time.

bd77: No one's called McCain out for wanting to "veto all beers" yet. They had a good chuckle and let it fly.
Bush, on the other hand, has said some spectacularly stupid and/or ignorant things. Here's my personal favourite: "The majority of our imports come from other countries"
The majority? Well, I suppose 100% is the majority. Also, let's not forget the press conference about hunting down Osama bin Laden... from the driving green.

All I'm saying is if your going to point out Bush's mistakes then you should be willing to point out his opponents too. It just amazing how many people on this forum have intentionally over looked Obama's mistakes just because their infatuated with him. He's not the sharpest tool in the shed either.

QTF

Sadly, none of the current candidates are...
Gore was quite possibly the most promising potential leader the US has had in VERY long time, and he lost because most people can't get over the fact that people can be fantastic leaders without being charismatic.
Ignoring the fact that Gore is a Democrat tree hugger for a moment, you cannot deny that he gets a message out there in a way that people actually listen to, and you certainly can't deny that he gets shit done.

But pathetically, there's a reason why FOX always talks about hair and suits and who the taller candidate is.

bd77, I have'nt even looked at the video yet, I will soon though. Can only speak for myself but seeing the thread title "Obama gaffe video" and having seen so many stupid remarks and actions by both Bush and McSame I was in no rush. On your same point, why haven't we heard you speak out about the large number of "gaffes" that Bush has made over his 2 terms and the many McSame has made in his brief time running towards the conservative patry, er I mean running for President?

I don't have to point out Bush's gaffes. All you have to do is look at the posts in this thread for instance and you will see that most of them are about Bush.

Gaffes like these are often from trying to be too politically correct, saying the right thing rather than what's really on your mind. Bush was not like this as Governor, I remember him as a guy that spoke his mind and didn't stumble like he does now. Obama knows if he makes a big time slip-up, Hillary could move in and take the nomination, she's not out of yet until the Democratic convention is over. NOT that I'm hoping for that to happen.

One thing never changed for Bush transitioning from Gov to Pres. He doesn't seem to have any problem with killing people...and all the while he calls himself a "born again Christian". The guy is a complete fraud and now McCain begins to act like him in an effort to secure the conservative vote. He's making a mockery of himself...what a joke.

You really are a Bush hater aren't you? The people that you say Bush has killed are what is commonly known to most people as terrorists. Terrorists deserve to be killed since their the enemy of freedom, democracy and capitalism around the world. Just remember that if the terrorists have their way we will be living like they did 800 years ago. Not something that I look forward too.

Have a nice day Poker!!!

Would you consider Democrats Kennedy and Johnson complete "frauds" for taking us to Vietnam? You cant possibly believe the decision to go to war should be based solely on our leaders religious beliefs, do you?
