There are actually several of those little characters floating around. Some are absolutely hilarious.
I wish I could remember all the details, but these little animations were originally done by some guy in a high profile company. He found some software to make your own animations. He started these little snippets on various subjects mostly relating to his work. These little episodes went viral. They were traced back to him and he got fired from his job. But, that appears to have been a good thing.
