    Arrow Religion

I was raised a christian my whole life, went through a 'finding myself' period a few years ago and to cut it short I no longer am or believe in any religion. I believe each has some good values and a doorway to that 'other side' which I believe to be 'inside ones self' and science has proven this world is an illusion and all that good stuff. Anyway, came across this video on youtube. something I think all religous people should see and have a open mind about. I've done a little additional research on whats claimed in this video and must say its pretty much spot on.

Not by any means trying to spark a religous debate as we all know the topic can get heated. I dont even care if you dont comment, but it is a good video and just wanted to share it. Theres a part 1, 2 and 3.

    Enjoy...

You just gotta love that HasRob posted that on post #666

    heh

BTW, this is old news to a lot of people. It's just now with the internet that things like this can be seen/heard by the general public on a larger scale.

I think that video you posted was from Zeitgeist.. and while parts of what they say there are indeed true, some of it has also been proven false.

Fascinating video, some of it I've already known but it is a big eye opener.

Of course, the devil set it all up.

BTW - I'm moving this to political / controversial due to the nature of the post.

I watched all three parts but as I was watching the videos it occurred to me, where is the proof?

Why should I believe these ancient myths?

Any story can be skillfully manipulated, twisted and intertwined to tie facts with fiction.

I'll stick with my present day Christian Beliefs.

Ancient egyptian art, carvings etc are full of proof. Your christian beliefs have closed your mind to the actual truth. I know how it is, I was a christian for years. When it finally hit me it broke my heart. "What no Jesus" step inside yourself and dont underestimate. Learn to meditate and open your "3rd eye" for even the bible says " if thine eye be single the whole body shall be full of light" and "those who sit in darkness shall see a great light" and "the kingdom of God is within you" > Not in some next life as todays preachers mislead you to believe to push forward with their agenda.

Egyptian, and all other civilizations at the time were all influenced by Zarathustra. Torah, Christianity, Buddhism, Islam, all religions that deal with ONE GOD, is an influence of Zarathustra's Creed "TRUTH".

Zarathustra was the Man who changed the world for all of us. Prior to his words, we had no understanding of one GOD!

Good Thoughts, Good Words, Good Deeds

He referred to God as AHURA MAZDA

    Ahura = Creator
    Mazda = Wisdom

    Creator of Wisdom

Unfortunately the Iranian People betrayed this Prophet and created their own version of his teachings by publishing "AVESTA" please don't read this is as its falsely drafted around the MAGIS!

If you want to learn about the truth, read the "GHATAS" in the Ghatas Zarathustra does not have the false majesty he is given in later times.

First of all, religions were not institutionalized at the time of Cyrus and Darius. The most important factors in the religions of the day were their gods, temples, diviners, rituals and sacrifice. Religions did not have founders or prophets at this time. Religions were called names of their greatest gods or temples. Even Judaism was not called by the name of Moses but by the name of Yahweh. The rules of Babylon and Assyria who ruled at the time of Cyrus constantly called out to their gods.

The Torah had not yet come into existence. According to various scholars of different opinions and Testament was composed after the Exile of the Israalites and its most important sections were written during and after the Exiles. At the time when Jewish scholars and clergy were busy creating and forming the Old Testament centuries had passed since the composition of the psalms of Zarathustra.

One of Zarathustra's most outstanding qualities that has not been sufficiently understood is his free thinking and tolerance. First, the religion and creed that Zarathustra advocates is not called by his name. The term "Zoroastrian" was mistakenly given to this creed during later epochs. There is no mention of "Zoroastrians" in the Ghatas!

Second, Zarathustra does not specify any merit for himself or for his followers. He is known as the follower of truth throughout his verses.

One of the most outstanding features of Zarathustra's message which almost all scholars agree on is its freedom and choise.

In the Ghatas man has been born free and chooses his fate himself. Even the followers of evil are free to make their own choices.

The Avesta is a collection of the rituals, customs, traditions, religious beliefs of the Aryans that migrated to Iran and accepted Zarathustra as their prophet. Their published version of Zarathustra's teachings is false and nothing to do with the creed of TRUTH!

The Greek Eudoxus from Knidos, a friend of Plato, originally a Chaldean philosopher and astrologer, lived 408-350BC. He believed that Zarathustra lived 6000 years before Plato.

Hermodorus, a member of the Academy, believed advent of Zarathustra to have been 5000 years before the Trojan War, or 6100B.C

Aristotle also writes that the Iranians were much older then the Egyptians.

The Lydian Xanthos (450BC) talked of Zarathustra. He said that the advent of Zarathustra was 6000 years before Kashayarsha invaded Greece (480BC)

From my research I date Zarathustra to 6500-8500 BC.

Zarathustra was the defender of happiness, truth, kindness, will, choice, work and activity. He set out to change man's fate by removing the false gods, diviners, seers, leaders and rulers from the scene and by placing man's fate in the powerful hands of the builders of humanity who dwelt in the shadow of good thoughts and deeds and who would bow to none other than truth.

The real name of Zarathustra, as mentioned in the Ghatas, is Zarathushtra Spitama (Yasna: chapter 29/verse 8)
The Greeks called Zarathustra "Zoroaster" and they believed that this name was a compound form of "astar" or "aster" (istar) meaning "STAR" and that the name meant "Astrologer".

Please do not read the bull shit posted on google, wikipedia, these are false information posted. The truth of Zarathustra creed can only be found through hard research and one book (which I'm trying to get rights to, so i can distribute in North America).

the problem with Zoroaster creed is, if it was to be discussed and exposed to the world. it would stand against all religious institutions. For this reason, his creed has been censored. You can do your own research, my source don't post online. I have books that have been published by western scholars who have discussed Zoroaster creed in detail.

Give me sometime and I'll let you know when I have distribution rights to the book I want to introduce to North America. American people are good people and they deserve to know the truth. Sooner or later they will!

FYI: Online content is not trust worthy!

You sound like quite the skeptic here H2FC, I never figured you as a "Denier".

It's OK for you to be skeptical about Religion but if anyone shows skepticism toward MMGW, you blast them, calling them all kinds of names, Deniers, Idiots, People who have their head buried in the sand, these are your words. It's OK for you to be skeptical about Religion or anything else for that matter, but someone is skeptical about something you believe in, you demonize them, you've done this as long as I've known you. Yes, once again H2FC, you show us the world you live in, the world of hypocrisy.

Yes, you would know this better than anybody else, with the exception of Al Gore course.

    Skeptics are good (:

I've studied the bible (and many other religous texts) for over 20 years. Todays christians wouldnt even be or call themselves christians if they actually looked into the deeper meaning of the scriptures. The bible is from "this world" and the bible even says "do not be conformed to anything in this world" Rom 12:2 And yet they are still taught or mislead to believe "Jesus is coming back" and even he Jesus (if he existed at all) said, I'm not coming back Luke 17:22

One day there will be a huge awakening on this planet I believe and some think 2012 is it. A global universal consciousness awakening. I hope so.
