You do those a lot, like with your tagline. That's a NOT as well, or else it would read "President G.W. Bush - Ignored the warnings and failed to protect the USA on 9/11; responsible for the worst terrorist disaster on US soil"

Oh but the "Warnings" Raider! Or rather the ONE MEMO that Bush was "supposed" to act on, A vague memo that had NO warning 911 was about to happen, NOTHING of an imminent attack, NO specific dates, times or places for potential attacks.... Your right Juniperpark, based on that memo, Bush should of immediately grounded ALL flights on that day right?... LMAO!!!. I suppose your going to fault him for not taking mind reading classes too. It's time you Libs pull your head out of your ass and acknowledge that 911 was due to Clinton's complete neglect for National Security.... And let's not forget Clintons REFUSAL to extradite Bin Laden to the USA when Sudan had him.... What Republican are you going to pin that one on?

Country: | Let's see, how can I get this thread back on track....hmm Sarah Palin on tearing people down: Last year: "Our opponent ... is someone who sees America, it seems, as being so imperfect, imperfect enough, that he's palling around with terrorists who would target their own country." Last week: "You can choose to engage in things that tear down, or build up. I choose to work very hard on a path for fruitfulness and productivity." |

Country: | From Last Night's Conan O'Brien Show. In addition to O'Brien doing the obligatory "Wisconsinites are fat" joke, he once again showed a new state quarter for Alaska. For nearly a year now, there always seems to be one for Alaska. Can you guess whose face was on that quarter? Of course, it was Sarah Palin. The saying on this quarter was so lengthy it took both sides of the coin. ![]() ![]() Side 1: "Putting Positive Building-Upping And Not Politics-As-Usual On This, Both, You Know, In This Great Providential State And In Our Great Nation Also, And Calling The Right Play On 3rd And Long," Side 2: "Because It's What's Best for Alaska And Not Special Interests, And For Values Reasons, Going In A Positive Direction, Not Retreating But Advancing, And Knowing When To Pass The Ball And Hunting And Fishing And Oil And Security And Smaller Government And So On And I Quit." A joke about Sarah Palin? I didn't see that coming. Here are some past Alaska quarters featured on O'Brien's show, from September 17, 2008: O'BRIEN: Alaska's quarter features Alaska's new state slogan: 'Alaska, Commemorating Two And A Half Weeks Of National Relevance.' Now, that quarter narrowly beat out this runner-up for Alaska's quarter: 'Alaska, Number One In Drilling.' ...Horror mixed with applause. My... my favorite stew. |

Country: | What a difference a week (or less) makes! July 14, 2009 Poll: Majority of Republicans don't think Palin's qualified for prez Posted: 05:57 PM ET (CNN) — A majority of Americans think Sarah Palin is stepping down as Alaska's governor for political reasons, according to a new national poll, with a majority of Republicans now saying that they do not believe that Palin would be an effective president. Only 33 percent of Republicans questioned in a CBS News survey released Monday night say that Palin would have the ability to serve effectively as president. Last fall, 71 percent of registered Republicans felt that way. "It's unclear whether the change in Republicans' view of Palin is the result of her decision to step down as governor, or whether the GOP rank-and-file felt they had to defend their party's vice-presidential nominee during the campaign but don't feel the same tug of party loyalty today," said CNN Polling Director Keating Holland. "Either way, this is bad news for Palin, whose first task in 2012, if she runs for the White House, will be to convince Republican primary voters to support her." ------------------------- Personally, I think you will see that remaining number shrink. Party loyalty? Bullshit. Loyal to no one or nothing but self. In the long list of stupid things that she has said and done, add to her resume quiting Governor of a state in order to hit the campaign trail for ANYONE! That's right...democrat, republican, green party, independent, libertarian - if you have the cash, you can have the ass and the pizzazz. |

Country: | If you haven't seen the Daily Show, the one currently running is awesome! Obviously he makes funny faces as he (once again) steps through the absurd logic of Palin's speech, but then he adds that under the same logic, she is resigning as the mother of her children and handing off their care to "some other woman" because it's in their best interests, and they've only got a few years at home left in them anyway. On her popularity, Jon says he has figured out that she is strong with one demographic group: Those who found George Bush to be too articulate and captivating. Love Conan's Palin Quarter! |

Country: | ![]() Last week: "I think on a national level your Department of Law there in the White House would look at some of the things that we've been charged with and automatically throw them out." Earth to Bailin’ Palin, there is no Department of Law at the White House. Last edited by Poker; 07-14-2009 at 06:53 PM.. |
