Its more likely she will focus on running for president. Mitt Romney has a big head start and she will need to focus all her energy beating him for the nomination.

A word to you Sara Palin bashing fools. The more you bash the more popular she becomes with the most powerful voting block in this country-woman. So go ahead and do your damnedest I look forward to the results!!!

He-he....its MUCH more likely she's been offered a job as a tv talk show host.

Can't say I would blame her for taking it.....she's obviously much more qualified for that than public office.

Maybe she realized women have no place in politics and are simply allowed to be there to appease them.

She has no idea what the constitution is other than something old people hope to do at least once a day - their daily constitution (bowel movement).

Obama knows about the constitution but doesn't care to follow it.

Her press conference to announce her resignation - again, hard pressed to find anything that made any sense. Reminded me of the Katie interview.

I hope not. Leaving her position suddenly like that does not look good for a presidential candidate. I can't think of any others who left their position 4 years ahead of time to run for president. Something nasty is coming down the pipe, just wait and see. It could be she is just tired of being in the public eye and knows she will make enough to retire on with her book and be done with it all.

Bingo.

She got a taste of politics and a dosage of the media and DC that blindsided her.

It was not pretty.

As for condemning her or pumping up her status and elevating her to even a higher position???

I am pretty sure that DC insiders and political bloggers don't get their news from DNforum.

There are enough people on CNN, MSNBC, and peeps like Karl Rove and other GOP bigwigs doing that. And, frankly, I have yet to hear anyone say anything positive about this move. Political suicide.

One revealing stat that I read - when former presidents, VP's, movers and shakers in the GOP have done interviews, when asked who would be a front runner for the GOP in 2012 to take on and defeat Obama - Palin was never mentioned.

This person was / is treated worse then Bush. No hope for this candidate in the next 3 presidential elections unless Obama creates his own flag (Family Crest)

This is all conjecture at this point. I doubt four years ago that many people seriously thought Obama would be president.
