Should there be a permanent fix?

I see all kinds of topics so here is something that I want to know from you all. I will keep my opinion to myself until after I see what all is said just because I want to see if anyone believes the way I do.

We have thousands of homeless people in our world and some could have been prevented. Who am I referring too?

Women who live on the streets and continue to have children. Now I am not talking about women who have been raped or was pregnant before the hit the streets I am talking about women who have unprotected sex time and time again getting pregnant knowing she can't care for them.

My question is should they be forced to get fixed?

Of course not. Perhaps someday they will become productive citizens, and they deserve the chance to do so. But the rest of us should not be forced to pay for them either. Just as we should not be forced to pay for health care / housing / etc for illegal immigrants. If people were not so fearful of being taxed out of existence and still had money left after paying for everything they are being forced to pay for, many would gladly contribute to help others out. Americans are a generous bunch, but only if we have something left to give.
