This is what Obama actually said....

"In this new and challenging time, when America is facing tougher competition from countries around the world than ever before, we've got to up our game." Obama borrowed the mantra of legendary Super Bowl winning football coach Vince Lombardi, who once led Wisconsin's famed Green Bay Packers, to sum up America's new economic mission. "There is no room for second place. There is only one place in my game, and that's first place."

Obama made the statement while visiting a green energy factory in Wisconsin on Wednesday the day after his State of the Union message.

I think Sarah said it best to Greta last night, when she said Obama's State of the Union Address was more like a WTF moment...
