If I'm reading this correctly, Bank of America:

Lied to their shareholders about Merril Lynch's losses to get approval for the buyout.
Lied to the government about how far along the talks were so ML could get $20 billion in aid
Lied to their shareholders about not paying Merrill Lynch's employees bonuses.

It is really shame for America.
Big corporations can ruin the lives of Thousands and thousands of people and get away with it.
A guy who broke into the girlfriends house when she left him (did not hurt her) and is in Jail for years.

Corporations have to be made accountable for some of the crimes.
the ones that are blatant lies should be considered serious and make them pay.

Have to close accounts so, I don't have to pay monthly fee.

They are now trying to get me to pay monthly fee for my commercial account.
(i will close the account if they charge me monthly fee)

They all suck. Some might suck less than others, but they all suck. Just threatened (bluff?) to "default on this account or declare bankruptcy" to citi about 2 of my credit cards. Interst rate went from 29% to 0% on one, 9.9% on the other. Gotta say, B of A actually was very proactive with me. Called me the first time I was late on a payment to offer me a low interest rate on the card until it was paid off (3%), so at least for me, they sucked less this time.

Excuse me for asking but isn't this the same bunch of rich bankers the Bush admin. adopted a "hands off" policy toward and proclaimed it was best for our country and economy to let them "police" themselves?
