You can do a chargeback up to almost a year I think. I had someone do one on me about 4 months ago and it had been at least 5 months that I know of. Honestly if he can't pay via masspay I would say no thanks. But that's my opinion.

Does anyone know what is the time limit imposed to file a chargeback?

Writer Available 2 cents per word - Any niche!
180 days that credit card companies allow last I knew.
Mass pay they can only try to reverse which if is digital goods usually paypal will cancel it as they do not get involved.
Credit card charge backs usually win because its up to the credit card company not paypal. I never accept credit card payments from people I dont know.

6 months on creditcard payments.
Masspay is ALWAYS from balance, balance cannot be chargebacked (it can be disputed, i think dispute in paypal within 30 days, BUT not on "virtual goods" like domains, so your pretty safe here, as the most guys fill a dispute as "not as described goods" and paypal does not interfer with "not as described" in virtual goods)

different ways contacting me
Well, even masspay won't do any good if paypal acct itself is stolen acct.
I know that Visa and Mastercard is 60 days... It was always 90 days but this changed a few years ago.
The credit card holder can still file one if it exceeds the 60 days, but the merchant can cite the 60 day rule in their response to the CB.
I just filed one against Paypal (within the 60) and was told once again by my bank that I had 60 days from the date of purchase.
