It always worked in my case, they do not ready for such turn around and do not have right answer in their script

15 Ways To Mess With A Telemarketer:

Tell them the person they are asking for has died.
Ask them to hold for a moment and leave the phone off the hook.
Pretend you cannot hear them and ask them to repeat themselves.
Ask for information about their product, leave the phone for 5 minutes and then come back as tell them you didn’t understand and if they could repeat what they said again then leave the phone again.
If they begin with, “How are you today?”, make up some kind of story about how awful your day has been and let it drag out as long as you can.
When the telemarketer identifies themselves by name act as if they are a long lost friend and start asking them personal questions.
Say “no” using the same tempo but with a different pitch and don’t let the telemarketer interrupt you.
Ask the telemarketer if they can deliver food and drinks to you because you are under house arrest.
Tell the telemarketer, “ok, I’ll listen, but I’m not wearing any clothes.”
Give the phone to the youngest child around, preferrably a child who is just barely learning to speak.
After the telemarketer gives their name, using their name, insist it’s your buddy playing a joke and start asking how their family is doing, etc.
Take control of the conversation by asking them questions about everything and anything.
Answer the phone in a foreign language.
Flirt with the telemarketer.
When you answer, stick the phone in the microwave (don’t turn on the microwave) so the telemarketer can hear their own voice. Works really well with a speakerphone.
