Walmart files an injunction against a worker's union site..

Walmart claims that a site for the Canadian Walmart employee union should not be allowed to use any kind of circle, oval, etc.. and claim it's trademark infringement.

So now, everyone needs to remove all circles from their site if they have anything that points to Walmart.

What I can never understand is if you're unhappy working at Walmart than leave and go somewhere else. No one is stopping them for doing that. I like getting good prices on goods and unions at Walmart would cause that to come to an end.
