But when you start filling threads with racism, making fun of cultures, making fun of the foreign members (not saying you have done all of that), then yes...you don't belong.
You need to work in a multi-culture, multi-ethnic, multi everything place for a while. Work along side blacks, gays, hispanics, Pakistanis, Muslims, Hindi, whites, asian...all in the same room at the same time.
